The Wakayama Information Network, WIN will hold its 14th annual International Party on Saturday, October 13th at Old Time, Wakayama's most venerable entertainment spot. The starting time will be 7 PM. Cocktails will be served from then. This year's edition features three great performances. Akari, an ultra talented young lady who will soon head to America to challenge the New York music scene, kicks it off. Next will be Asks, a perfect band for this retro age, or for if your parents show up and want to totally embarrass you on the dance floor. A super funky group Blue Mondays will round out our evening with a magnificent crescendo. This band has a lovely lead singer who is sure to be hit on by the MC. As always, the first two drinks are on us and of course we will provide a light meal. This year's break entertainment features the trusted and true bingo game. We even offer door prizes to boot. Sound like too much fun? As you may well know the WIN party is THE EVENT for October and local wags are already holding closed door meetings trying to decide what to wear. Well there is no need to put your suit in the cleaners, because it is "come as you are" casual. The cost is a mere pittance really, 3000 yen.
